Indian Overseas Bank — SAVING BANK ACCOUNT NUMBER BLOCKED

SIR, MY SAVINGS BANK ACCOUNT NUMBER 27684, AT ANNANAGAR EAST BRANCH. MY ACCOUNT WAS BLOCKED DUE TO MY SON EDUCATIONAL LOAN NON-REPAYMENT. I WAS ADVISED TO PAY THE AMOUNT BY THE BRANCH MANAGER VALLUR BRANCH AND I ALSO AGREED TO PAY THE LOAN AS ADVISED BY THE BRANCH MANAGER.TILL NOW 26.06.2015 BY ACCOUNT WAS BLOCKED. SO, KINDLY TAKE NECESSARY ACTION TO REOPEN MY ACCOUNT FOR FURTHER TRANSACTION. SINCE I HAVE SISTER MARRIAGE ON 06.07.2015. I AM VERY MUCH WORRIED WITHOUT ANY FUND IN HAND. PLEASE HELP ME TO TRANSACT MY ACCOUNT IN FUTURE.

SIR.my canara bank account no ******48557...if 26.10.2017 time 11.50 am if i uesd online net banking service due to TN REGISTRATION DEPARTMENT...fees 3780rupees...bt transaction faild..take the money form canara bank...no more refunds..pls help us...
