[Resolved]  Indian Overseas Bank — Server error for 8 days and funds were not transferred

Dear Customer services/Complaint Manager, From
many days no response from your side in the subject matter, then what
is the use of customer care id and details given on the net for helping
the customers(Account holders).It
seems that your bank branch is not responding then who is responsible
for such wrong charges levied on the customers account holders.Pl respond in
the consent of On
13/02/14 from my salary account i had issued cheque which was returned
Due to your branch server error for 8 days and due to which funds were not transferred and I had been charged rs.300
from my banker for salary transfer
which no body had informed me as my mobile no. is also registered with
the branch then is that no body
responsibility to inform the existing customers.Due
to your CG road branch server error my cheque for salary money transfer
to other bank my cheque was bounced and i had been charges rs.300 by
the banker for non transferring money from your CG road branch. which i
had inquired several times with your branch but nobody is responding in
the matter and the worst reply they are giving that we don't know and it
was server error fault. But due to which the customers are being levied
for the heavy charges of cheque bounce.Your branch manager is responding so much worst when i had inquired on the same with your
branch. When
i inquired in the matter branch staff was not even ready to listen
and he told that we don't know and it was server error fault other wise do
what ever you want.I
am shocked by the worst reply given by your branch.As Due to
your CG road branch server error my cheque for salary money transfer to
other bank my cheque was bounced and i had been charges rs.300 by the
banker for non transferring money from your CG road branch.You are requested to revert the charges
rs.300 back to my savings account no.account

Pl note from 25 days no body is responding for solving the consent 35 mails had been sent to customer care and 15 phone calls had been made to customer care for resolving the consent. But still nothing had happened.
