We have following senior citizen account with the following number which is linked with our saving bank account s. B a/c 27168 (For qty interest to credit).

This is to inform that we are not getting correct interest against these sr citizen account and every time we have to visit to your bank for correction. Pl note that my age is 78 years and my husband age is 81 and due to covid 19 we are not able to visit to bank.
Thus we are sending this letter to pl look into the matter and ensure that interest is properly credited in our saving bank (27168).
