[Resolved] Indian Overseas Bank — Transaction declined,amount debited from account | |||
Hello, I have a SB account with IOB-Keelkattalai Branch, Chennai. I used IOB atm card in Canara bank ATM machines in Kovilambakkam, Chennai on 6th Dec, 2014 around 11.31 AM to retrieve an amount of Rs.10000/-. The transaction has been declined in machines, but the amount of Rs.10, 00 has been debited from my account. I have complained regarding this issure in the bank where I have the account, they don't seem to take any action. The same was informed to the customer care of IOB they said wait for 24 hrs to reflect the transaction to be credited back to the account. Even after 24 Hrs no informed received. I am very much disappointed of such a careless and in efficient service rendered by IOB. kindly look into the matter as urgent as possible with an intimation to me. waiting eagerly for an early reply Thanx & regards L BalaMurali Mob.
