Same issue happened with me.
Payment deducted but order not showed and not get any confirmation regarding order and no customer care number available in this site indianeed.
All items is in the cart and payment deducted. No one is listening for the same.

I also paid Rs-1530 on 10.05.2020 for some household item .I have not recieved nothing yet . I have send so many mails but there is no concrete action taken.

Ever since the products was booked on June 03, 2020, there has been no update on status or products received. There is no provision for tracking of order placed. Even if the delivery time window is of one week, there should be some platform to communicate with the vendor. An e-commerce site should not take so much time as other players are able to deliver much faster post lockdown during this pandemic. One is compelled to think about the authenticity of this site and its operation. The entire operation seems to be dubious and a cheating racket as all the operations are one-way except payment of money. There are no windows for return, cancellation, exchange, feedback, tracking etc.
Next morning on June 8, 2020 receive a call from +[protected]. On inquiring, lady executive revealed that she is calling from PayU money, a payment gateway company through which the online payment got transacted. She too was bit suspicious about the operations of this merchant. She inquired about the merchant (India Need), the shipment, the order placed etc. On sharing my experience, the comment placed on the merchant’s site and inaccessibility to communicate with the merchant (India Need), she assured that she would look into other clients’ experiences and merchant’s track record and try to make the merchant (India Need) speak to me. I even requested with her that under such circumstances, payment to the merchant should not be processed.
Days went passed, one waited for 7-10 days window to receive the order placed. Soon, the hunt to contact the merchant was begun but all in vain. Having failed on merchant’s account one tried to reach the online payment gateway. The call received from number +[protected] on June 8, 2020 reflected/ registered on my mobile is constantly unreachable, so accessibility to this number and other numbers on PayU money site is unsuccessful.
Having tried all possible ways to reach the merchant, India Need and payment gateway company, PayU money and failing on all the fronts, matter was reported to Cyber Crime to stop such operations and connivance of operations that should immediately be put to a stop to save many people like me who may have lost and lose their hard-earned money in future. The two parties seems to be involved – the merchant India Need and the payment gateway PayUmoney.
