This has been deducted for not buying the available leads from the lead market platform as per the terms and conditions. Even though, we will be adding back to your lead market wallet for purchasing the leads. Please make use of the same.
Please be informed that we do not have the refund option as per the terms and conditions.
Note: You could have reached us as you did in 2019 to get your difficulties addressed.

As discussed, we have generated the leads and uploaded them to the lead market application which we have been doing according to the availability but you denied to buy the same.
Kindly buy them and solicit your company products to them.
Our role is limited in providing the guidance or information to the customers over the call, hence we do not guarantee the conversion that the particular lead will take the policies from the same service providers (it depends on the conversation that happens between the customer and the service provider). But we are providing the replacement option for the leads(customers) as per the replacement policy. If the customer is not contactable, the customer says that he/she never spoke with IndianMoney.Com, or the shared information is incorrect, we take back that lead and revert the respective credit points back to his/her wallet upon their replacement request.
In the above scenario, we never committed the refund option.

You don't even refund, You have not met your terms and conditions, You who are running the lead insurance business through this app, it is completely fraud, Whatever I have given you, the money should be returned to me, You are forcing me to buy our insurance leads only, I do not want to buy your insurance lead, Return my money to me, I do not want to work with such fraud companies.
