[Resolved]  IndiaProperty.com — Property selling fraud

I have received a call from India Property Ms.Bindu K and she convince me to list my property onliine on their website IndiaProperty.com for sale under their assisted selling program in which they will offer help me to sell my house through their professional team and wide network. They charged me Rs.3000 online for this assisted selling program but they did not provide any assistance from any of their department or expert. I called up many times on their customer support number and spoken to Bindu K as well. they told me that they have forwarded my property details to concern expert team and I will receive call back soon. I did not hear anyone from India Property.com dispite of many calls. Every time I had to explain on their customer exutive that what package I have taken and what I am not getting. Finally, my listing got expired and I did not receive any response or help in assisting my property. Now neither they are refunding my amount nor responding on my email or calls.
