Order no.:[protected] This is the umpteenth number of time that I am trying to contact the customer care. Your phone number is never picked up by anyone. I received a completely different product than what I ordered. I have already submitted the photo of the defect on the returns section of your website, but I still get mails asking me to do the same. I received a message saying that I will get a call, but I haven't gotten one yet. It's been 5 days. If you people cannot keep your back end updated and keep sending mails for updates from me, then I will have to move the Consumer Court because of your pathetic service. Kindly get in touch with me in earnest, or else I will have no other option. Looking forward to finishing this return as soon as possible. Was this information helpful? | |||||
