[Resolved] IndiaRush / Arnit Retail — False Commitments by Customer Care. No refund in Cash. Tax Evasion as no TIN number in Invoice | |||||
Hi, I have ordered one of the product via Order #[protected] worth Rs 4999/- and found that the product was different from its picture. So, the same was being returned back. After the item being received by the vendor, the customer care called back and mentioned that the Duppatta was not received. We checked that and looks like it was missed and called back the customer care to inform about the same. Customer care mentioned that the reverse pickup will be arranged and there will be no charges for it. However, once the product has reached the store, the Indiarush customer care deducted Rs 200/- for the reverse pickup, where the cost of Dupatta was itself not more than Rs 100- Rs 150/- The surprising part is that Rs 100/- is being paid back to the customer, when the customer arranges for the reverse pick-up and the company deducts Rs 200/- fot it. When I have requested to refund back the money to my account, the Indiarush comes up and say that we don't have the policy of refund back to account and it will be only done in the form of IndiaRush Credits. The other point to be noted was that the Indiarush was engaged in illegal practices like tax evasion, whereby the product is being sold with the invoice having no TIN number. I would like to have my amount being refunded back to my account, as it was unexpected for an online portal not to refund back your amount to the bank. Please advice me on the next steps. We would like to inform you that the charge of 200 was deducted from your credits because the complete product was not sent from your side at the time of reverse pickup. Please feel free to go through our return policy http://indiarush.com/return-policy/. The rest amount of 4799 is already refund in the form of credits in your indiarush account. Regarding your query against the TIN number we would like to inform you that we are seller bases marked place where seller sells there own products, also for the semi stitched and un stitched product, TIN numbers are not necessary so the same is not available on the invoice.
