Really bad service. Have to be hold for 15 min just to get in touch with customer care over call. After 3 follow up mails n 3 long calls also no resolution to my query. I want to return the saree i ordered as the quality is very bad, it has lace in place of border, def nt how its looks in the image. Aftr a mnth of following up they say it cannot be exchanged! I m 1 purchase Saree order no[protected].this product not satisfied so I returned ur product by corrier.below attached ur carrier receipt.but why not refund my money.

I order churidar on 8 july 2017..order number#[protected]...item#858717...invoice#I[protected]b64e8...delhivery/awb :[protected]...this item is very poor quality...i return product and refund rupees..but give complain in india rush..but they not response me...what is this...i am affraid...plz do something ..otherwise i will give another step..
