Hi ! This is to inform you that i have just received my order No.[protected] of a black n pink poly silk saree cost of which was charged at 1794/- including shipping charges. And i am very very disappointed when i opened my delivery and what was inside ! Surely this was not what i had ordered ! The very colour is different black looking like grey and the pink was NOT the pink shown in the picture.! Also i understand on being queried the blouse was supposed to be BLACK, but another totally different colour of PINK material is inside which is sent as blouse piece !! How can you people do this and make he public fools !! Shame on you India Rush ! Yours is definitely a FAKE company. Tried contacting customer care on the given # but made to hold indefinitely with no response. And then to be informed, on contacting you by email, that i need to send back the order untampered, submit my courier receipt and then you people will EXCHANGE my purchase NOT refund my cash ! But it was delivered different product, when I send refund order then it said that you can purchase other product and not refund your rs. in your bank account.
