To whom it may concern Dear sir/mam, This is to bring to your notice that in had placed an order for two items (Sari) one of them has been delivered but unfortunately i haven't received the other item till now. I have mailed on 31st jan at 11.45 till now the issue is not resolved. No one is even bothered to reply or call. Thousand times tried to call the customer-care but no one picks up the call. As this was my 1st time i ordered and had horrible experience. I will share this with my friends and social media. Took the full amount and send only 1 team. Nice way to cheat.
