[Resolved] IndiaRush / Arnit Retail — refund not provided | |||||
I ordered a lehnga on 7april, got it delivered on 16aptil 2018. The quality being very cheap, I raised the return request. I had to bear the expenses. They have not provided any contact no of seller to give it to courier company. Till now I. e. 11may 2018 they have not updated my return. My courier guy says the parcel is received by them and he has provided me the name and no too. I called India rush 4times out of 4, 2times they said courier is received and 2time not received. They are not giving me no of seller, they are not updating my delivery status, they are not providing any refund. In short, they are not genuine, they are careless fraud people. Also, Indiarush doesn't credit the money back to our bank account. Instead it is credited as Indiarush's store credit, which forces us to buy some other product from Indiarush again. I feel really cheated and I wish the following actions to be taken, which they are refusing to do as of now. 1. Indiarush owning the fee for the return of the product 2. Indiarush crediting the amount we spent to our bank account. I request the consumer forum to take necessary action immediately and stop this site from I buy g products with fraudulent details.
