Hi team, I have purchased a saree from indiarush.com. Since saree quality was very poor so i returned it. When i called customer care that they told once they received an item they will credit the money back in points and after points credited they asked to call customer care back and get the points transferred as money into bank account. From the day i returned i am trying to call the customer care[protected] no but its coming "all our executives are busy" so i tried to email them. There also no response.
