[Resolved] IndiaRush / Arnit Retail — worst product delivered/refund amount not yet credited to my account | |||||
With regards to the trailing conversation of order no.[protected]. The customer care representative not providing correct statement when i ask to get the refund. I made lot of calls, every calls they said only its in process. When i send an email there is no response. When i ask the customer care person to drop an email like when i get the refund they said mail communication related thinks we will be handled its different team. I dont know how to get the refund. Totally fraud propels. Only one guy taking to me every time name "abi minye". Only one or two peoples handling all over the customercare i think. Every time i will wait for minimum 20 mints to get in touch with customer care. Was this information helpful? | |||||
