[Resolved] Indiarush.com — cash back for returned products | |||||
I have bought 6 sarees worth rs.8200. After the products reached, the quality of products is so pathetic and irrelevant. So, keeping one saree for myself, i returned 5 sarees back. So i followed all the process and submitted pickup receipts images too. I got amount credited into dashboard. I need my amount back into my bank account. But not in indiarush account. I want my money back. Besides, the customer service is the worst. Never phone numbers work. My mobile bill of 100rs got wasted calling and waiting in line to talk to executive. This is not fair from indiarush side. Iam so embarrassed with ur site. I want my amount refunded into my account and executive should call me. Or else iam going to complain legally.
