Indiarush.com — ordered 2 kurtis and didn't like the quality of kurti and returned it but no refund | |||||
I ordered for the purchase of a saree from the online portal indiarush.com on jan 2019. Details below. Order number:[protected] Order date: jan 2019 After it was delivered, i found that the kurties was not of the same quality as being shown in their online portal. I have raised a return request with them regarding this too and they got it picked up immediately But subsequent investigations in online pages like facebook reveals that they have stolen the display picture of the kurti being sold from other sellers, whose quality is far superior. This means that they are tricking the indiarush customers to buy a product by putting up a superior looking photo, stolen from other pages. Also, indiarush doesn't credit the money back to our bank account and keep saying that it will come in 2 days we have called minimum 10 times ecery time they say it will come in 2 days it will com in 2 day but its 5 months now no refund I feel really cheated and i wish the following actions to be taken, which they are refusing to do as of now. 1. Indiarush crediting the amount we spent to our bank account. I request the consumer forum to take necessary action immediately and stop this site from selling products with fraudulent details.
