Sir,
I had purchased one saree, order no.[protected] on 14.10.15 and I was informed one tracking number[protected] and also informed that my consignment shipped on 16.10.2015 at surat through ecomexpress. So far the consignment is not received. When tried to traceout through the tracking number it is invain. Hence requested to peruse the same at the earliest.
