Indiarush Online Purchase — Wrong product delivered and not refunding in spite of sending photos of wrong product

Regarding Return request Cancellation of Order #[protected]
I had ordered for a patiyala grey and pink combination paying Rs.1790 online and the product sent is low quality black colur material which is not acceptable. I complaine via mail which is acknowledged and on customer care request I had sent photo of mateial received which is black and my ordered product does not have black anywhere.But ven on sending the ordered product pic and recived item they are not refunding the amount saying the need more photo. this photo shows the actual colur received and it is more than enough for them to understand. Being so ireesponsible in packing and not ready to refund te amount is terrible, . Am fed up of sending mails.KIndly help me to refund of the amount.
