Indira Gandhi National Open University — Refund of registration fee debited twice

I had done the re-registration for July 23 MA English programme on 14th June 23. My name is Amrutha and my enrollment number is [protected].

I had faced few issues during the payment process and the fees got debited 2 times. I am following up for more than 2 months now but still no response from the university and refund not initiated yet.

So i would request your help in getting the refund processed at the earliest.

I have already shared the payment details via email, i can share it once again if required. Let me know if any additional details required.
