Individual — amount debited without cash through atm

I went to withdraw cash from ubi atm located at keota, latbagan, sahaganj, hooghly, 712104 on 01.09.2018 at 1921 hrs via txn no. 111890, resp no. 8, a/c no.[protected]. But cash did not come out from atm machine, but receipt came out in which it is written "sorry for inconvenience. Transaction timed out. Please contact bank. But i sorry to say amt rs. 20000 is debited from my account. Please do needful action.
