Individual User — Constant Disconnection Over the last 6 months- no resolution

Hello, I have been using Tikona Broadband connection for a few years now. This company is fleecing consumers. - They charge for the whole month and for more than 50% of the time there is no connectivity. For a person who works on the Internet, the company saying that they will reimburse the amount for the "no connectivity" days does not work- they should be willing to pay for the amount of income lost due to no connectivity. - If they are charging thousands of customers for their services and not providing connectivity for a large part of the time, it means they are cheating consumers and it amounts to fraud - They have a technical support toll free number - which we could connect to earlier, but now the IVR tells you that the reps are busy and that we should call back later and it doesn't a give us the option to wait for someone to come online. The IVR provides a landline number which is a charged one and they take a minimum of 20 minutes to respond and take a at least half an hour to take complaint - which means - I lose money when my Internet is not working and then I pay money to speak with their useless tech team too- and since this happens a few times week- its a drain on finances- cheating customers again - The reps are rude and incapable of handling a customer complaint- the have a few standard phrases that they use - When there is any problem with bills some lawyer from some northern city calls and threatens you- so should we also hire lawyers and threaten the company for not providing us the promised services and cheating us? - The fact is they are collecting money from thousands of customers and filling their pockets and since the consumer protection laws are so lax in India and the procedures time- consuming- they are getting away with it I'm thinking its time for a change
