indivisual — TC non responsive and incorrect information

I frequently travel from hassan to bangalore, TC sitting in Hassan busstand platfarn-1 is non responsive about the bus timings or give random answers, many instances they give fixed random answer like after 2 hours . but there will be many bus available within 30 min or an hour. Some times they say in next one hour we dont get a bus for 1.5 to 2 hours..
I see lot of people pick fight with the TC due to incorrect information and rude behavior please address this issue on priority
