Indo Shop — Reporting fraud

On Sunday 10th of December 2023 I get a call from Neha Singh from ICCI credit card department. She told me about indo shop package which I can cancel anytime within 18 months. I paid rs. 9927 and purchased the package. Later that day I called her and said that I want to cancel the package. She told me that it can be done after receiving the welcome kit. I also got a welcome call the next day. I told the guy that I want to cancel. He said that it's a different department and cancelation can be done after receiving the package. Two days later I received the package. I didn't claim any vouchers and asked the cusexecutive to cancel my package. Now she says that they cancel ONLY IF THEY CANNOT PROVIDE THE SERVICES.This was an outright lie. They sold me the package with a lie and now changing the terms for refund. She says that I cannot cancel due to personal reasons.

Someone please help me with this.
