Indulekha — No response from the dealers.

Al Musafir Bakery, Vizhinjam Trivandrum contact: [protected] [protected] Subject: No response from the dealers. Sir, We have taken Indulekha products as per the bill attached with this letter. The products are on sale from 15/10/2014.We have taken the products worth rupees 15660.00 on a condition from the dealer that he would replace the items which are not been sold.We have got some products like hair oils and face packs which are not moved much.We contacted the dealer too many times but he have'nt replied positively to us till now.Indulekha products were distributed by a dealer from balaramapuram, but in the mean while they stopped the dealership with indulekha and told us to contact a dealer in thiruvananthapuram namely geetha agencies.We contacted them but we did'nt get any positive reply from them.we now request you kindly to replace the items which are not moved by the items which do good sales in our store.We never demanded for a refund, we just need the replacement of the unmoved items.No dealers have visited our store after we took the products from them. Hope we would get a positive response very soon.Please find the attachments.
