Dear Team,
I have redeem reward points and bought Motorola headphone from Indus moment site.
The product I received was defective and asked customer care to either replace or credit bonus points.
However indus bank credit card and indus Moment Customer care both are just playing with customer emotions and not doing anything for customer.
I wrought number of emails to customer care but in last 20 days they did nothing and not bothering about customer.
