I purcahsed a Brand new Maruti Swift Zxi, Hatchback this December. Received the car afer long battle with the Marketing team. But after that i found that the car was a damaged one with damages in mirrors which i complained and was offered to be replaced. The car was bought for Rs6.86L and still the parts are not replaced. Even after complaining a lot to the people has no effect. It says that customers are kings but these dealers treat customers as beggars, begging for their money and the product they buy. Indian government should take actions against these thieves rather than catching pocket pickers. Was this information helpful? | 
INDUS — OD account got changed to PERSONAL LOAN
Hi,I am Venkat, I am having HSBC PLOC (Over Draft) account and I have OD limit of 2.3 lakhs. I am using it whenever I am in need and paying interest. All of a sudden I have received a letter saying that your OD account is getting converted to PERSONNEL LOAN account. I am also having another EMI 12000/- every month, so I am not in a position to pay 2 EMIs. I am not able to undstand what to do. Please suggest. I am asking them time till I will sell my property to repay the money back as I am running in losses. Please advise. Can my PLOC account can be converted to PERSONNEL LOAN?
