1. Industry buying dispatched the item after repeated reminders to their customer service
2. Substandard/ damaged item received after 21 days of placing order.

4. Complaint registered to their customer care vide complaint number 00057522 dated 26 May 2016 regarding replacement o[censored]nsatisfactory item.
5. Approx 10 phone calls and 15 email send to their customer care regarding above mentioned subject.
6. As on today i, e. 30 Jul 2016, Industry buying couldn't took a decision that how to replace the damaged item supplied by them (necessary email from team IB and We care can be produced as evidence).
7. As a valuable customer i am not satisfied with team industrybuying's QA inspection service, customer service and management,
8. Received the brand new item in UNSAT condition leads to degrade the brand value of reputed M/s BAJAJ company too.
