I had placed a order for a chair on 9th may 2020.
The product was delivered on 18th. But the chair base is defective. It looked old and dirty but when we tested with the chair found that there was a crack in the base which they had delivered.
It was a faulty piece.
Have been following up everyday and the only response which they say is that backend team is checking and you will get response.
Even the customer service person agreed that the chair is defective and still they are not issuing any return or response as of now

I had to follow up for close to 2 months..more than 7 to 8 calls to the company's customer care..no proper responses..and almost close to 20 mails I finally received the refund..this was the worst online buying experience I have had till date with any retail website..
