I placed an order No.834698 on 21st July 2016 but it is highly regretted to submit that despite of my repeated calls/email to Industrybuying customer care and assurances given by them till date (01 Aug'16) they have not dispatched the order. I wish they must improve their services if they want to compete with other online eCommerce portals. Now I have cancelled the order hoping refund will be received in time. I think these people are enjoying with the interest from the money they hold from the customers. They are simply taking orders and waiting for 7-10 days. And then they will respond to the customers if they raise any complaint and then they say they can deliver their item after 14 days again or they will offer you to cancel the order. They wil not give you any extra penalty or interest to your money. This is happened to many people from this website.
So, we have to understand that they not really interested in doing business. They are much interested in holding customers money for some time and they will get benefit of it.
