I had ordered for a chair from industrybuying.com on 30.12.19 and received the product on 6.1.20. When i opened the product, i found i got 2 right side arm rests and i could not assemble the chair. I immediately contacted their customer care and sent the email with the pictures but there has been no response from their side. I am unable to connect with their customer service and if i get lucky they keep on saying that they have not received my email. I have paid 5900 for the chair.

IndustryBuying.com Customer Care's response Dear team policy has been over as we haven't received the images from registered mail instead we are considering the case from our side and escalating the issue to vendor . We will try our best to arrange the faulty parts.
