On 16th march 2018, we ordered for 2 packs of kores dustless white chalks, each pack contains 18 boxes. (Order no.[protected]. We paid rs. 1768/- through interest banking. After 5 days, we received an email that 1 pack was dispatched & we will receive it on 24th march. I was surprised to see that only 1 pack was dispatched. Unfortunately we didn't receive any pack so far. I have lodged a complaint with industrybuying, but i haven't got any response. Now i wish to cancel the entire order and get our refund as soon as possible. - kulkarni's classes, dombivli west.
