Hi, i was looking for tyres of 5 x 10 size. The said were available on industrybuying.com. Since these were for my car, i wanted only rib type grip (As shown on the product photograph on the site). Since the description was mentioned as lug type (Which i did not want), i called the helpline no. Of the portal and opted for assistance for purchase. The lady on the call (Ms. Anjali dwivedi, put me on hold, spoke to the vendor and confirmed that as desired by me, the tyres will be as in the picture (Rib typre grip) only and not lug type. She further sent me a test mail with her name and contact no. And asked me to go ahead and place the order and forward here the order details for further follow up with the vendor on the same. Accordingly, i placed the order for 4 typres and forwarded the details to her. Now, i have received lug type tyres (Which i specifically did not want). Ms. Anjali is now not receiving my call / not coming on the call centre lines. I raised a complaint for wrong delivery, cancellation and refund. However, i have received a response that the product is as per specifications and hence cannot be returned.
I have repeatedly requested them to review their response as it is only after confirmation from industry buying that i have placed the order. However, they keep repeating their response that the product delivered is as per specifications. I have tried reaching them on phone too, but they do not respond.
