Ordered on Industrybuying.com, Product is Plastic Crates. Order Number is[protected], I have Paid Online, and not Received the Products Yet.

Customer Care is not Providing any sort of Resolution. They say they are Procuring the item and to please wait. I asked for hw long they do not say. When i talk about the refund they stop answering. On the site they say 100% Buyer Protection .. I dont feel protected. Disapointed with the service.
