[Resolved] IndustryBuying.com — Return product and Refund Money is Hard | |||
On 09 Oct 2020 For my bad, I ordered a chair from Industry Buying and delivered on 28-oct-2020 it was completely a damaged. But unlike other online shopping sites, Industry Buying does not have an easy return system. If you want to return you need to call or mail their customer care. On 06-Nov-2020 the return picked up by there courier partner The product returned to the Merchant on 12-Nov-2020 through there courier partner, So i requested for refund then are saying "Still we have not received the returned shipment" The return arranged by them, picked up by there courier partner but they don;t know product is returned Guy's who read this don't buy from Industry buying there customer support/service is very bad there is no Guarantee for your Money.
