[Resolved] IndustryBuying.com — rude behaviour and non delivery of package. and no proper contact on customer care

Order number 3697198. Cannot contact[protected], the says busy everytime i call the number. No proper response from customer care over email. When i ask when will it get dispatched, the customer care executives says it will be dispatched when it has to be dispatched in a arrogant way. I have a thought that it's a fraud website hosting adds which they cannot deliver.
