I furnish here under, 2 mails sent to Industry Buying towards which they preferred to remain silent and observe the happening just like a mute spectator (.)

Dear Swati Gupta Madam,

Your kind and immediate attention is invited to our mail dated 12th ultimo, as regards to refund of our money due to non compliance of execution of purchase order by you, over aged by almost 50 days, as of now.
I am surprised to note that such a senior and responsible person as you are, could afford to remain silence over the subject, what? to expect from down the line, below you.
Madam, you are into service industry business where such acrobatics could be detrimental to your business. There aren't many takers for such happenings. We pray better sense prevail into business and that you will not precipitate the matter any further and will make every effort towards refund of our legitimate money, in the larger interest of all concerned.
