Dear Sir,
I have cancelled my order Number 1246718 on December 1st 2016. This is due to your negligence in even processing my order for 10 days. Now after that hassle, one more hassle from your side regarding the refund of my cancelled order. Your FAQ's section says that a prepaid order using netbanking will be refunded within 2 days if not shipped. However it has been 8 days now and i have not received my money
