[Resolved] Infibeam — ccavenue - hold my fund and not giving back either my client or me | |
Ccavenue is one of best fraud company, nobody is responsible for the transactions. I have received money from my client and they have held my money giving a new date for every time I call their customer care. The guy named Mr. Prajan Shetty from the risk department is making us fool since last 10-15 days. Every time we call them, he came up with a new reason to hold money. Even they are not returning money to my client or to us. He is lying all time saying the bank is asking which bank works at 10 PM. I think they have used our money and don't have money to give us bank. I want immediate action on this or I will go to consumer court. Was this information helpful? | |
