Infinity Deals — No conformation for Order & No response after payment

I Have ordered crocs in Infinity Deals webpage and done the payment through phone pe for 599/- and 39/- for shipping total 638/-, after completion of payment it asking for extra amount for shipping charges of 250/- which is completely unfair, no conformation mail or SMS for the payment, they are not responding for mails also, please look into this issue . please find the attachment of transaction details for reference.
