Infocus India — phone hanging multiple times within 1 week

A2 worst phone i have ever purchased. Instead of repairing the service centre just update the software which is already updated, after telling them the problem they just simply say give it again to service centre, i dint purchsed the phone to keep it in service centre all the time. Pathetic phone and pathetic service by infocus.
I will never buy any set from this company. And i hope somebody from the company will response to my complaint. Adding the video of phone which is hanging continuously from day 1.
