Infocus Mobiles — Very poor service

Infocus 350 purchased on 07-Aug 2015 with one year warranty.On massage from company for up gradation of android 4.2 to lolipop on connecting net resulted to total software failure. Submitting mobile at service center on 11.01.2016, It was told that the set is required to be sent to company for change of motherboard, on 05.02.2016 it was returned to me but with pop up of Application DEVICE FINDER automatically, thus mal functioning . The service center was informed about the misbehaving of app. the center again asked for leaving the mobile set for re transportation to company .The amended set is not provided to me till date.
This complaint is lodged for looking company manager's/technical staff to get proper redress
