On 11th February 2022, I got a WhatsApp message from [protected] this number and her name is Priya Mahajan and the company name is INFO TYPING SERVICES. She explained me the job description:

PER FORM YOU WILL GET 30 RUPEES ACCORDING TO THAT YOUR FIRST WEEK PAYOUT WILL BE 15 K AND AS I TOLD YOU THAT YOU HAVE TO PAY NOTHING BEFORE REGISTRATION *OUR COMPANY PAY WILL 5500/- RUPEES ON BEHALF OF YOU WHICH THIS IS OUR PORTAL CHARGES AND IT WILL DEBITED FROM YOUR FIRST WEEK SALARY WITH 18% GST TOTAL 6490/- RUPEES WILL BE DEBITED FROM YOUR FIRST WEEK SALARY THIS IS ONLY ONE TIME CHARGE FROM SECOND THIRD AND FOURTH WEEK YOU GET YOUR FULL AMOUNT OF 15K

AS YOU DO THE SUBMISSION WITHIN TWO WORKING DAYS YOU WILL GET YOUR SALARY
AND 500 RESUME WILL BE GIVEN TO YOU HAVE TO FILL BASIC DETAILS LIKE DOB, QUALIFICATION, MARRITAL STATUS ETC IF YOU ARE GIVING MORE TIME ON PROJECT YOU CAN COMPLETE THE WORK WITHIN 2 TO 3 DAYS
Our company have private portal after you get registered you will get the link and your personal id password will be given to you and data of 500 forms will be assigned in your id you have to work in that same link.

Then she asked me whether I am interested or not, then I said yes. Further she asked me to send some documents like Aadhar Card, Email ID, Alternate phone number and asked me to write my name on a small piece of paper for registration purpose. Then I submitted the above mentioned documents and after that she did the registration and generated login ID and Password.
First of all their site was taking very long time to get opened and also I could feel something unusual i.e via look and feel of the UI. So when I started working on the task i.e on 11th February 2022, after completing few forms their site was lagging a lot and also I was unable to access the portal and the task was to be submitted on 16th February 2022.
About this issue I raised complaints several times to Priya but she did not respond to any message or call. And I also informed her that I won't be able to complete the given task due to their portal issue but I did not get any solution for it.
So after few days i.e. on 17th February 2022, I received an mail from infotyping services i.e. LEGAL NOTICE FOR BREACH OF CONTRACT.

Dear Sir,

Under instruction and on behalf of my client Ms. Infotypingservices(OPC), Office Num A-72 Royal Market Near Vigayan Nagar Pryagraj Uttar Pradesh Pin:-226023, India, I do hereby serve you with the following notice:-

1. That my Client Ms. Infotypingservices(OPC) entered into an agreement with you dated 2/11/2022 3:09:33 PM (hereinafter the Agreement)
1. That in terms of the said agreement you are required to pay the service charges as per clause 2.2, 3(C), 6 of the contract.
2. That it has come in Notice to my client that you have breached the contract in the following manner-
(i). DIDN’T COMPLETED THE WORK WITHIN TIME FRAME WORK.
(ii). DESIRED ACCURACY NOT ARCHIEVED.
3. That the specific clause which are violated or breached significantly are Scope of Work, Plan Details, TIMEFRAME FOR COMPLETION OF TRANSCRIPTION.
4. That on behalf of my Client I demand that you rectify the breach immediately and take the following steps on your part to make good the breach done by you-
(i). CLEAR THE DUES OF COMPANY
(ii). TAKE THE NOC FROM COMPANY
Within 12 HRS of time period you are required to take above specific actions.
• That on failing to take the above stated steps, I will take appropriate legal action against you seeking all remedial and punitive remedies that are available under the applicable laws.
• Now we can proceed legally as per the sec 72 under Indian contract act 1872,
• Kindly clear the dues 5999+18% GST towards our clients and resolve this matter at the earliest to avoid law suit.
• Kindly pay the charges 5999+18% GST at the earliest otherwise it will lead to legal consequences and a legal case will be filed against you in the UTTAR PRADESH Court.

This was the mail which I received, then I replied to their mail saying that :

Subject: Fraud Case

Hello,

First of all when I commenced working on your project I didn't get the agreement from your end, so you can't say that I signed the agreement and also you can't send the Legal Notice.
Also when I started working on your project I faced lot of issue with your website which caused damage to my laptop(hanging issue). I had informed your team member but I did not get any response from her and she was avoiding my messages and calls.

Even if you are sending legal notice it will not be legally considered as per the law, still if I receive any legal notices from your end then I have already approached to my advocate who will handle the case.
Adding to this I have researched about your company and came to know that it is fake and the address that you have mentioned in your legal notice is fake, and also your website is very suspicious.

My advocate would like to get details about your company like Official site, Email ID or phone number where we can contact you.
Also you are liable to pay for the damage of my laptop of sum Rs.7000/-

If you try harrassing me in terms of messages, calls or any kind of fake legal ntice then I will file a Harrassment case against your company.

So this was my reply, when I searched for their address I could not find the exact location, even their pin-code was wrong and their phone number was not mentioned it is blank.
After this, directly on 22nd February 2022, I continuously received harassment calls and messages from Priya Mahajan asking for some amount to pay to their company else company will file a complaint against me and within 24 hours I would be getting legal notice from the court.
Also when I was trying to speak but she was not allowing me to speak and started shouting at me unnecessarily and when I asked for company details she refused to respond to that question and she disconnected the calls for several times.
So now she has warned me that if I don't pay the amount I'll receive a legal notice and I will have to appear in the court.

I kindly request you to dig into this matter and expose this team or website or company, it would be a great help to me as well as many other people who are/have been trapped n such cases.
