I have placed an order on Inkgrid site on March 14th 2017 and INKGRID Order ID 278673)
Product Details - Mexico Sofa Set (3 + 2 + 1) Seater in Red Colour by Furnitech (SKU - LF.SBS.SS.14574). And for this transaction, i have made payment through Paytm Gateway (Paytm reference id:[protected] and the order amount is 14177rs (Fourteen thousand one hundred and seventy seven rupees)
While placing my order on Inkgrid site, you have mentioned that you will ship my product within 7 working business days. But it has been more than two months, till now you guys didn't ship my product. At least you guys are neither replying to my emails nor answering my phone calls when i called your customer care number ([protected]). I have never seen this kind of worst customer service and e-commerce site (www.INKGRID.com). Let me know whether you are going to ship my product or cancel my order and refund my order amount immediately. If you are not going to reply to this Notice immediately, i have already placed a complaint in Consumer court with complaint number: 250453.

Delivery promised was 27th April but no one picking phone for last couple of days and I am worried about seeing so many complaints.
I am thinking of reporting to cybercrime department and /or consumer court, Delhi if my money is not refunded in next few days.
