[Resolved] Inkgrid.com — Product not deliverted even after 22 days

I had ordered 2 products (Order id 277109). As per site, products are shipped between 7 to 10 days. And they say that delivery time is 6 days. So products should have been delivered between 13 t o16 days. However, nothing has been delivered even after 22 days.
There is no response to my emails to [protected]@inkgrid.com
There is no response to phone calls - their phone is always busy or no one picks up.

When I have trusted you and paid in advance, why are you cheating me?
Why can't you refund the money and close the matter?
