My complaint is related to closed loan which shows in my cibil score details as still active loan since very long time. even i have sent the email to the company by saying its still showing active status in my cibil but company is not take any action regarding this and its impacting my cibil score always because of this status i am un able to get new loans and my cibil score is in negative i request you to take a strict action against this company thank you so much. Myself Mohammad Aarif, With reference to the your loan number SHTN for the amount of 47727.00 which is not taken by me in past and present and its effect on Cibil Score. Please resolve it as soon as possible.
