Insasta.com — I didnt recieve my order, paid online and there is no response from company

Order ID. 626166 i have ordered a sewing machine of Rs. 799 and aloevera eye mask worth Rs. 49 on 8th of june and paid online through UPI paytm. total payment i have done is Rs. 947 including tax and shipping charge .I Received a mail when i was placing my order that please confirm order by paying online and i paid to the website at same time . after that i didn't receive any email about confirmation of my order and their customer care is also not responding. I tried to contact them and they said your order will update after a week and now its more than 10 days there is no message or call from company and i haven't received my order yet.
