[Resolved]  Instez.com — Fake goods sent, scam in making, fooling people big time

I recently purchased a Salvatore Ferragamo women shoes from Instez.com and I am very happy with product quality. I received my shipment in 2 days from the order date in pristine condition.

I am definitely buying more products from them in the future. I recommend Instez.com to all my friends out there.

I ordered a Hermes Belt from Instez.com. I was not happy with the quality of the product. It was an old discontinued model although the product was new. I called them on their helpline and requested for the return. They initially told me that since their is nothing wrong with my order, they cannot return the product. But when I insisted, they agreed on the return and refunded my money.

I suggest you call them on their helpline, If you have any problem and they will be able to resolve it for you.

I had ordered a Cartier sunglasses from Instez.com. When i received the glasses, the size of the glasses was not right for me. So I called them and requested for a return. They asked me if i wanted anything else in exchange and I said no I would like to return the product and get my money refunded. They agreed on the request and refunded my entire money in 10 business days.

When i first visited the site, I was very impressed with the collection of products on Instez.com. I dont think any other site in the country has the range of collection that these guys have. Well my experience has been different. Me and my brother ordered a Herems belt from Instez.com as we were not sure if they will deliver the right quality.

When i received the first shipment, we really liked the quality. Since last 1 month we have ordered 6 products and all have been awesome.

I really recommend Instez.com to all the people out there.

I'm one of the customer from instez.com, and i have very bad experience with them.
Instez.com selling unauthorized copies of various brands like gucci, prada, versace, and chanel etc.
Mr. sameer seth, he is the owner of this company. who fooling the people around
I have manage to got his number from their chat. his number is [protected].
Instez.com running by small group, it's include only seven people.
they all are fraud people, they are using replica products and selling to their customers, instez.com fooling people as say they are selling Genuine products.

Dear indian government please blacklist www.instez.com, this is my humble request to you.
Dear people, please don't get fool your self by instez.com. save your hard earn money

Hi,
I bought Cartier glasses from Instez.com I did not like the product and so requested for a return and refund the amount. instez.com has reverse picked up the product but has not refunded my money of Rs.7867. I have sent them 17 e-mails regarding my refund but have not received a response. I am going to file an FIR against them for cheating me and not refunding my money.
Kindly let me know if you can help me in the recovery of my money.
Further to the above, I do not know whether the Versace bag that I had earlier bought for Rs.14, 738 is genuine.
