Institute Of Banking Personnel Selection (IBPS) — Admit card not received for officer scale i reason found (Due to bank staff mistake)

Dear Sir,
Sub : fee payment made for both office assistant and officer scale I on[protected].

I am furnishing the full details of the transaction made and required amendments to be done by me as the hard efforts done by should not go in vain.

Mistakenly the fees of Rs 610 (600+10) was remitted twice for the registration number [protected] for Office Assistant vide Txn No. M283049 and M 274615 dt:[protected]. Both the registration numbers belong to the same category .

Now it is found that the second transaction was supposed to be remitted for the Registration No. [protected] for Officer Scale - I. Instead of remitting the amount for Reg No. [protected] bank staff mistakenly remitted for [protected].

Due to this i have not been issued with the admit card.

Hence I humbly request you to do the necessary amendments and issue admit card for me at the earliest.
