Institute Of Banking Personnel Selection [Ibps] — amount deducted but application form was not successful pfrda

I was applying for pension fund regulatory and development authority (Pfrda), through the link mentioned on pfrda website which took me to ibps forum.
My payment was successful through my bank account but the form is showing payment yet to be made,

Amount deducted from my account (Phone pe upi) but for pfrda form payment is still pending.

Kindly resolve my complain asap and refund my amount in my bank account,
